These terms cover your use of roctoteandgo.com. Rentals themselves are covered by the rental agreement.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our service and request bookings. Don't misuse it: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break or probe it, no false bookings.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed rental. A booking is confirmed when we tell you it is and payment is received. Dates are subject to fleet availability.

Prices

We work to keep prices and details accurate. If something is listed wrong, we'll tell you before you pay and you can cancel at no cost.

Content

The ROC Tote & Go name, logo, text, and images belong to ROC Tote & Go and Total BS LLC. Don't reuse them without asking.

Links

We sometimes link to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
